Academic achievements reflect a demonstrated ability to perform to the best of one’s ability by developing one’s intellectual potentials and skills with diligence and ardour. Academic excellence is the hallmark of any good institution. We are happy to share the details of the commendable performances of XII and X. With a brimming heart and immense pride we intend to bring to limelight that we outbeat our own performance.

ANNUAL REPORT 2023-24

Hari Om! Namasthe.

My humble Pranams to the dignitaries on the dais and off the dais.  I thank the almighty for giving me the opportunity of presenting the 48th Annual day report of SKNS PMC VIVEKANANDA VIDYALAYA.  Annual day is the special day in the history of every institution.  Annual Report showcases the achievements and glories of the school.

                   Education is Nation Building activity.

A school is an organic system of transforming young children into responsible citizens. The objective of the transformation is to build a strong, vibrant Nation. It is the responsibility of the schools to make the future generations physically strong, intellectually sound, morally upright, spiritually awakened and to cultivate  faith in the Nation's values and culture.

We are proud to say that, Our Vivekananda Educational Society is celebrating it’s  Swarna Jayanthi this year.  SKNS PMC VVJC is at present the second in series of Vidyalayas under the banner of VES.  Our school set out its journey of education in 1975 with 35 students.

Today the school is running successfully with a strength of 2800 students and 110 Teaching Staff and 20 Non Teaching staff. We are blessed with a team of  dedicated, well-qualified and experienced teaching and non – teaching staff who maintain high standard of education. The school is child- centered and aims at the all round development of the taught.

  • Play way method and Non examination method are adapted at pre- primary level. The Shishuvatika (Aruna and Udhaya) approach is implemented to enable the taught to learn with enjoyment and at ease. It’s like a second home for kids.

A  day in our Vidyalaya  begins with Prayer, Panchangam , Amrithavachanam,  Swamiji Sayings, News Headlines followed by Jenma Dina Celebration based on Tamizh month birth star.  Thirukkural by parents correlated with stories from Ramayana and Mahabharatha is the highlight of our assembly.
