Shradhanjali to Sri.T.Chakravarthy, Vice President, VES & President, Vidya Bharati- Dakshin Kshetra
Sri.T.Chakravarthy born on 17th January 1946, hails from small village in the delta district of Tamil Nadu.
He had a passion on earning and service, s strong belief in individual and collective action for uplifting the fellowmen through this action the entire nation.
After his graduation he joined a popular tier manufacturing company and his tireless work and skill made him to raise to his highest position. He totally dedicated himself for social work which was the motivation for others to get inspired to take up the service at the nation level.
He was inspired by RSS in his early youth which made him immerse in the ideology and practices and that has directed his efforts in realizing the ideals of organization, in the field of education.
His initiative, passion in the field of education manifested in his holding offices in Vivekananda educational society, as a correspondent, joint secretary, secretary and Vice President. He was also one among to give quality education to students.
He not only managed school but also developed the infrastructure and the man power.
He reached out to the students and stimulated them with the inputs outside the curriculum.
He associated himself with the National level moment, Vidya Bharathi in the field of education and serve the organization as a secretary in Tamil Nadu chapter and later as its president of southern zone consisting of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. During the time he undertook travel far and wide in Bharath.
He was inspired by the works of saint Ramanujachariyar, Swami Vivekananda and Maharishi Aurobindo. He played an active role in celebrating the 150th Birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda in Tamil Nadu and on the occasion of National youth day celebration arranged RathYathra with the portrait of swamiji. This practice is continuing for several years now, inculcating nationalism, spirituality and social service. In connection to this several events and symposium were conducted at National level.
Sri.T.Chakravarthy was also nominateds to organize the celebrations of 1000th birth anniversary of Sri.Ramanujachariyar in Tamil Nadu and he invited and involved several man who were inspired by the intellectual acumen of Sri.Ramanujachariyar
His contribution in the Hindu spiritual and service fair is exemplary. He was instrumental in the great task of bringing all great religious leaders in one platform.
Sri.T.Chakravarthy loved fellowmen and developed cordial and sustaining friendship and influenced all. A down to earth person who made an impact on all who came across and changed their attitude to look upon life differently.
