“Cow is the source of Prosperity” –We performed pooja for Cows. Go- Pooja was conducted to create awareness about Gomathas. Sri K Srinivasan Deputy Director (Research),Planning and Research cell, Chennai Port Trust,Sri J.ThanuKrishnan -Principal SDCCVV Sakthivel Nagar JGVV Trust.Sri L Ramamoorthy Honorable joint Secretary VES, Smt Vennila Ramamoorthy Social worker, Sri KE Srinivasan-correspondent of the Vidyalaya, Smt K.Sujatha Principal of the Vidyalaya, Sri Pasuthai Ganesan-SMDC Member adorned the Dias.The programme commenced with the lighting of the holy lamp.GO pooja was performed by all the dignitaries on the dias.Sri K.Srinivasan in his presidential address emphasized on conceptual learning.He advised the students to abide by 3D's-Devotion, determination and dedication.He also quoted that hard work and effort are two sides of a coin.Sri.ThanuKrishnan stated that one should strive hard in order to be a successful person.XII and XI std students participated in Uri Adi and Greasy Pole,IX, X and XI participated in tug of war.
